Tickets can be used on the same day as purchase. E-ticket can be shown on smart phone or tablet or printed and presented at our check in desk on the Quayside.
Tickets are flexi use and are not booked for a specific time. Upon arrival you are seated on the next available tour (please note this may not be the next tour going out).
Children under 1 are Free of Charge.
Prices above are our low-season rates. The following rates apply during high season (April – September):
Weekday: Adult: £13, Concession: £11, Child: £6
Weekend: Adult: £15, Concession: £13, Child: £8
Tours are booked for a specific time. Late arrival will result in a missed or shortened tour.
Early Bird / Night Owl rate is applied to 10am, 6pm (excluding Saturdays), and 7pm bookings only.
You are welcome to bring food and drinks on board.
Tours booked online are paid for in full at the time of booking. If you would prefer to pay a 30% deposit with the balance due 2 weeks before the booking date please CONTACT US
We do go ahead in poor weather. If requested by you we will aim to reschedule wherever possible. If you cancel due to poor weather you will be eligible for a 70% refund. More information can be found here: Terms & Conditions
Cancelations E-tickets are valid all day for the date selected (9.30am – 6pm July & August, 10am – 5pm April – June & September, 11am – 3pm October – March). They are single use and non refundable. If you are unable to attend on the date booked we can exchange your tickets for another date (charges will apply if a more expensive date is selected).
Weather We go ahead in wet weather and have umbrellas on board. If we decide to close due to poor weather you will be offered a full refund or reschedule.
Late Arrival Once you have checked in your time time is confirmed. Late arrival will result in a missed tour.
Cancelations Bookings cancelled more that 48 hours in advance are eligible to a 70% refund or can be rescheduled within the next 6 months. Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours will not be refunded.
Weather We go ahead in wet weather and have umbrellas on board. If requested, and where possible we will reschedule your tour. If you decide to cancel then you will be eligible for a 70% refund.
Late Arrival For private tours your time and date is pre-booked. As your punt is reserved for a specific time late arrival will result in a reduced tour time. If you know you will be late please contact Lets Go Punting as it may be possible to reschedule your booking.
